Julieta Tarraubella
Julieta Tarraubella (b.1991, Argentina/Peru) is a visual artist whose practice investigates “fantasy” within technologically mediated landscapes. Using photography, moving image, sculpture and installation, she explores how technical images reveal belief and emotional knowledge: spirituality, magic, the supernatural and the unknown. She holds a Master’s in Photography from ECAL and a Bachelor’s in Image and Sound Design from the University of Buenos Aires. Her work has been exhibited internationally in institutions, festivals and fairs including MAMBA, Museum Belvédère, Fundación Andreani, GetxoPhoto, Noorderlicht Biennale, Festival ZER01, Art Basel Miami, Paris Photo, Photo London and arteBA.
