Livia Vincenti

Livia Vincenti has developed an artistic practice at the intersection of dance, visual arts and theatre. She trained at the Beaux-Arts de Paris in Emmanuelle Huynh’s studio, with Anna Halprin at the Tamalpa Institute, and later in dance and choreographic practices in Brussels at Charleroi Danse, La Cambre and INSAS. Her works include Mountain Home, supported by the SACD Beaumarchais grant, and À la place du cœur, created with Cécile Coulon. She also created the choreography and scenography for Capharnaüm (Cie Désirades). She is currently performing in Le Sacre and Les Planètes by La Ville en Feu. Alongside her artistic practice, she leads educational projects exploring the relationship between art and care, working with organisations including Ateliers Médicis, Maison des Femmes and Maison des Métallos. She is currently beginning work on FURAX, her next piece for five performers.
